Jay Huemoeller of the LETU men's soccer team  organized a strong defensive presence in a pair of games, last week. Huemoeller and the YellowJackets recorded their second shutout of the season in the 3-0 win over Louisiana College. He also recorded his first goal of the season in the 65th minute. Huemoeller followed that up with another strong game as the center defender for the YellowJackets. He scored the equalizer in the 55th minute when he caught the Belhaven defense by surprise with his second goal of the weekend. The YellowJackets and the defense were tight and well organized by Huemoeller in the heart-breaking loss.
