STUDENT-ATHLETE MEDICAL FORMS

All pre-participation forms are due by August 1st. It is required that all forms, and insurance requirements, are met before participation in any team activity (team lifts, practice, games, etc.). Please direct any questions regarding Athletic Training paperwork to your team athletic trainer or call the Athletic Training Office at 903-233-3794.

FOR VISITING TEAMS

If your team is not traveling with a certified athletic trainer, please contact us in advance. In the event that we are not contacted, any treatments requiring the use of therapeutic modalities require written permission and treatment protocols. Also, visiting teams are expected to provide their own taping, bracing and/or padding supplies.

Courtney Wallace
Courtney Wallace, Head Athletic Trainer

Courtney Wallace was named the Head Athletic Trainer at LeTourneau University in May 2024. The 2025-26 year will be her second in the role.

Wallace is a familiar face for LeTourneau athletics. She spent three years as an assistant athletic trainer from 2017-2020. Wallace had a hand in all operations of the department with sport coverage, administrative work, and organization. 

She and her husband, LeTourneau head men's basketball coach James Wallace, have two daughters (Maggie and Hollyn).

After her initial stint with LeTourneau, Wallace spent three years with Christus Orthopedic and Sports Medicine working to provide outreach services in the Longview area.

"The athletic training room is my mission field. It is really special to me to get to show the love and grace of Jesus through caring for athletes," added Wallace. "It's a unique opportunity to get to meet them in the moments of their highest highs on the field and their lowest lows when they encounter injuries."

Wallace graduated with a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Anderson (Ind.) University in 2016 and earned her master's in health care administration from LeTourneau in 2019.
 
Brady Tomlin

Brady Tomlin enters his 10th year as an assistant athletic trainer at LeTourneau University in 2025-26.

At LeTourneau, Tomlin works with all 15 teams under the direction of head athletic trainer Courtney Wallace. Tomlin is a 2018 graduate of LeTourneau with a master's degree in health care administration and joined the athletic training staff after graduating with his bachelor's degree in athletic training from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall.

While at ETBU, Tomlin gained valuable experience as a student athletic trainer with the athletic department as well at Marshall and Hallsville high schools and the East Texas Orthopedic Center. While at the East Texas Orthopedic Center, he observed the team physician for ETBU. He earned numerous honors including the Outstanding Student Award and to the American Southwest Conference All-Academic Team. In 2014-15, he was selected as the ETBU Student Athletic Trainer of the Year and received the SWATA Becky Marshall Undergraduate Scholarship. Tomlin received other scholarships throughout his education for his efforts in the classroom and as an athletic training student. Tomlin also worked for the ETBU Healthplex throughout his undergraduate studies.

The Gilmer, Texas, native is married to the former Kristina Kent and the couple has one child.  



Connor Daudt, Assistant Athletic Trainer

Connor Daudt begins his first year as an assistant athletic trainer at LeTourneau in 2025-26.

Daudt comes to LeTourneau after spending over a year as an athletic trainer at Frostburg State. He worked primarily with the men's soccer, cross country, and track and field programs since 2024. 

Daudt earned his bachelor's degree in applied health science from Messiah in 2022 and then his Master of Science in Athletic Training from Messiah in May 2024.
