C.J. Edwards scored a career-high 28 in the 78-73 loss to previously unbeaten Austin College on Dec. 29. Edwards tied a season-high with six 3-pointers in the defeat. He also had five assists and two steals in the loss to the 'Roos. Edwards followed that up with a 15-point effort against Hardin-Simmons. Since re-entering the starting lineup, on Dec. 5, he has been in double figures in the last six games.
