LaTanya Drakes (Junior – Women’s Basketball – Gardena, Calif.) nearly had a double double in the YellowJackets’ games, last week. Against East Texas Baptist, she had eight points and 10 rebounds in the loss to the Tigers. She followed that up with a 15 point, nine-rebound effort against Louisiana College. The 10 rebounds against ETBU was the eighth time she had double figure rebounds and the 15 points against LC were the 14th time that she scored in double figures.
