LeTourneau University Athletics

Ashley Stephens (Women’s Basketball – Senior – Houston, Texas) had a pair of strong performances to lead LeTourneau to a pair of wins over Louisiana College and East Texas Baptist. Both wins avenged losses to the two opponents in the previous week. Stephens had 15 points and nine rebounds in just 23 minutes in the win over Louisiana College to start the week and followed that up with a solid all-around game against East Texas Baptist with 12 points, five rebounds, a blocked shot and two steals. Stephens shot 70.6% (12-for-17) from the field and made a 3 pointer in each of the games.
