CJ Edwards (senior, Pasadena, California) of the LeTourneau University men’s basketball team averaged 19.5 points, 3.0 assists and 2.5 rebounds a game to lead LETU back to the ASC Tournament for the first time since the 2012-13 season. Edwards scored in double figures in both games and for the season, he has in 20 of 25 games. He made six 3-pointers in the 102-88 win over Ozarks on Senior Day en route to 27 points to go along with four assists. It was the sixth time that he had made at least five 3-pointers in a game on the season. For the season, he has 74 3-pointers which ranks third all-time in LETU history.
