Whitfield led the YellowJacket women's basketball team in their team opener at Houston Baptist last Wednesday night, scoring 16 points and pulling in eight rebounds. The Rosebud, Texas native also managed to score double-figures in an exhibition at Northwestern State University, finishing with 11 points on November 12th.
