Sandford wasted no time getting the LETU women's soccer team off to a 2-0 start on the year as the freshman scored one goal in each game last weekend while adding an assist in a 4-0 win over McMurry. The Gastonia, NC native tallied a team-high five points on the weekend and helped the YellowJackets post back-to-back shutouts.
