Leyva would be forced to turn away shots at the end of both games this week to secure a victory and tie for LeTourneau for 4 key points on the week. In a win at Louisiana College, Leyva would turn away three shots including one in the second half before having to make a game-saving save with just 1:10 left in the second overtime at Belhaven. The four points secured an ASC Tournament berth for LETU for the first time since 2011.
