Andy McCoy was selected for this honor on the basis of his leadership to lead grassroots efforts in the city of Longview Strategic Planning Committee meeting that was held on the LeTourneau University campus on Monday, February 10th. McCoy and a pair of University professors hosted a lecture entitled, "Christians in the City: How does the Bible encourage Christians to think about and participate in the city?
