Belhaven defeated LeTourneau, 9-3, on Saturday to take the weekend series in Longview.
The YellowJackets (17-20) rallied to tie the game at 2 in the second inning before the Blazers (28-6) scored the next seven runs en route to the win.

Ashley Burdine went four innings, allowing six hits and six runs (three earned) and a strikeout in the loss.
Belhaven had 11 hits including three from Carly Yasses, who went 3-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored to lead the Blazers. Makenzie Hawkins added a pair of hits and three runs scored to give support to starting pitcher Taylor Surrento, who allowed four hits, three runs (all earned) and struck out four in the win.
Next, LeTourneau will host Howard Payne in the final home series of the 2016 season. The series will get underway on Friday, April 22 in a doubleheader at 4 p.m.
