SHERMAN, Texas -- Facing an undermanned Austin College squad, the LeTourneau women's tennis team made quick work of the host Roos in an 8-1 victory on Saturday afternoon at the Russell Tennis Center in Sherman.

LeTourneau (8-7) won for a third straight time, the second such winning streak this season.

Austin (1-8) only dressed three players, making the YellowJackets the match winners before the contest started. In the matches that were played, the YellowJackets won three of four.

Grace Rogers and Isa Casso paired together at the top doubles spot for the first time this season and registered an 8-2 win over Karsyn Clouse and Bailey Standokes.

Rogers and Casso both picked up singles wins.

Rogers played at the top flight and earned a 6-0, 6-1 win over Clouse. The win was Rogers' third of the year at the top spot and her 12th overall in singles play.

Casso moved to the No. 2 line and took down Emma Davidson by a 6-3, 6-0 final. The freshman also notched her 12th singles win of the year as she and Rogers share the team lead in the category. Casso moved to 3-0 at the No. 2 flight on the year.

The win was the third straight over Austin College for the YellowJackets.
