DALLAS, Texas -- LeTourneau men's tennis swept the final five singles matches to take a 5-2 comeback win over Dallas at Las Colinas Country Club on Monday evening.
The YellowJackets are now 7-9, while Dallas falls to 4-7 on the campaign.
After losing all three doubles matches and the No. 1 singles slate early, the team needed to find their footing and rally.
They rallied.
No YellowJacket required more than the minimum two sets to take the final five singles matches, as LeTourneau took care of business the rest of the way.
Andrew Reiman started it off on the right foot, winning his singles match over John Ellwanger 6-0, 7-6 at the No. 2 slot.
Fernando Vazquez then dominated his match at No. 3 singles over Gabriel Alfaro, winning 6-0, 6-0.
Liam Wedge followed suit with a 6-1, 6-3 win against Cristian Delira at No. 4, putting LeTourneau one point away form the win with two matches to go.
Diego Maldonado provided the final blow, a 6-2, 6-3 win against Wheeler Ehrlich.
Timothy Black added the final touch with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Cayven Yi at No. 6.
