Payton Flynn enters his first year as a graduate assistant for the LeTourneau baseball program in 2027. Flynn coaches the infielders and handles operations for the program.
Flynn played three seasons of baseball at Washington State before transferring to NCAA Division II member Montana State Billings for the final three years of his collegiate career. In his three years at MSU Billings, Flynn hit .313 with 28 home runs and 98Â RBIs with a .596 slugging percentage and a .375 on-base percentage. He was a two-time All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference first team selection and earned four All-Region honors from three different organizations.
In each of his last two seasons with MSU Billings, Flynn hit 14 home runs and his 28 career homers ranks second in program history. He was the 2023 MSUB Athlete of the Year.
After graduating, Flynn spent one year as an assistant with the MSU Billings program.
