Scott Nabors

Scott Nabors is in his third year as assistant baseball coach at LeTourneau University.

Nabors has handled multiple duties for the YellowJackets including work with the infielders and outfielders. Additionally, Nabors serves as director of field maintenance and oversees the maintenance of all athletic playing fields at LeTourneau. 

Nabors grew up playing for one of the most successful high school baseball programs in the country: West Lauderdale High School in Collinsville, MS. While there, he was a part of a #2 National Ranking team and two MHSAA State Championships.

Scott Nabors began his college baseball career off of the playing surface, running Trackman Radar for Mississippi State University from 2013-2015. During that time, the Bulldogs reached the NCAA Tournament twice, including an appearance in the National Championship Series in 2013.

Nabors then moved on to serve as Director of Baseball Operations at Northwestern State University.

Prior to arriving at LeTourneau, Coach Nabors completed a short stint as a high school teacher and coach at Crystal Springs High School in Mississippi.

Nabors graduated from Mississippi State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Business and is currently working on his MBA.

The Collinsville, MS native currently resides in Longview with his wife Haley.
