2017-18: Named to the ASC Tournament "Red Bracket" All-Tournament Team...First-Team All-ASC selection...2017-18 LETU Scholar-Athlete of the Year...Appeared in and started 42 games for LETU...At the plate, had a team-high .323 batting average with 50 hits in 155 at-bats and four doubles, one triple, and three home runs...Drove in 30 runs and scored 25 runs while stealing one base...As a pitcher, made nine appearances and four starts including one complete game while recording a 1-1 overall record in 21.1 innings pitched...

Prior to LeTourneau: Sosa played baseball at Langham Creek High School. He continued his baseball career at San Jacinto College North.

Personal: Son of Norahilda Espinosa...plans on majoring in Business.
