JUNIOR (2024-25): All-ASC first team in cross country... Competed in the final three cross country meets of the year after returning from injury... Finished fourth at the ASC Championships (Nov. 2) with an 8k time of 27:34.9... Placed 79th at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 16) at 26:08.1... Did not compete in a track event due to injury... Named to SCAC Academic Honor Roll... Named ASC Academic All-Conference for a third straight year

SOPHOMORE (2023-24): All-ASC second team in cross country... Earned his second straight All-ASC honor after placing eighth with a time of 26:26.6 at the ASC Championships (Oct. 28)... Won the Nicole  Leman Invitational (Sept. 2) for a second straight year with a three-mile time of 15:34.4... Competed in five cross country meets overall... Was ninth at the McNeese Cowboy Stampeded with a time of 20:42.02 in the four-mile... Competed at the NCAA West Regional meet (Nov. 11) and placed 82nd at 26:43.2... Earned All-ASC second team in track and field in the 10,000-meter event after placing second with a time of 33:58.44 at the ASC Championships (April 25-27)... Ranked 19th in the West region in the indoor 5,000-meter event with a program-record time of 15:31.56 at the Samford Bulldog Open (Feb. 10)... Broke the program record in the outdoor 10,000-meter at 32:25.13 at the Bill Schmidt Classic (March 15-16)... Set a personal record in the outdoor 5,000-meter at 15:29.00 at the Carl Kight Invitational (April 11-13)... Earned CSC Academic All-District honors... Earned ASC Academic All-Conference honors for a second time

Won his first collegiate meet at the Nicole Leman Invitational with a four mile time of 21:42.3 just two seconds ahead of teammate Spencer Gambrell ... Placed fifth in ASC Championship meet ... Clocked a 26:34.1 at NCAA West Regional meet to place 78th... Competed in four indoor meets and five outdoor... Had his top indoor mile time of 4:38.84 at the FasTrak Collegiate Challenge...
