Biography

2015 (as a freshman): Named honorable mention all-ASC... one of five YellowJackets to hit over .300 with a .346 batting average, plus she had 37 hits, including eight doubles as well as 13 runs scored and 22 RBI...closed out the season with an 11-game hitting streak, raising her batting average from .264 to .346 in the process...second on the team with 10 multi-hit games...shared the team lead with Megan Hill in multi-RBI games (7)...had a season-high four hits against Mary Hardin-Baylor (May 1).

Prior to LeTourneau: A four-year letterwinner in softball and volleyball...named the District Defensive MVP as a senior in softball...earned all-area and all-state honors as a senior in volleyball...selected as the district MVP in volleyball as a senior...picked as the Offensive MVP as a junior in softball.

Personal: Daughter of Patrick and Tracy Benson...an English major.
