Alessia Gallegos is in her second year as an the assistant softball coach at LeTourneau University.
Gallegos is a 2017 graduate of Langston University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in health physical education and recreation with an emphasis in wellness. While at Langston, Gallegos was a member of the Lion's softball team, where she was a first team Red River Athletic Conference All-Conference selection. As a senior at Langston, Gallegos was second on the team in batting average (.377) while finishing with 49 hits and 36 runs batted in.
Off the field, Gallegos has served as a summer camp instructor at Holmes High School since 2013.
Gallegos is pursuing her master's in education at LeTourneau University.
