Lexi Stinson is in her first season as an assistant women's soccer at LeTourneau University after a four-year career at ASC member, Hardin-Simmons University.
As a goalkeeper for Hardin-Simmons University, Stinson was a four-time first team all-American Southwest Conference goalkeeper and a three-time NSCAA all-region selection. As a senior, in 2015, she was named the ASC Goalkeeper of the Year.
While at Hardin-Simmons, she posted a career record of 67-5-5. As a team, Hardin-Simmons won four-straight ASC titles and reached the NCAA Tournament during her career. Stinson also holds the UIL single-season record for shutouts in the state of Texas.Â
In addition to her on the field success, Stinson has worked for the last five years at the Hardin-Simmons University Youth Soccer Camp and the last four years at the Texas A&M University Youth Soccer Camp in College Station.Â
Stinson graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2015 with her bachelor of behavorial science with a major in criminal justice and a minor in forensic studies. At LeTourneau, she is working on her master's degree in psychology.Â
