    CANINE Lead

Judah May was named the CANINE Lead in June 2024. The 2024-2025 season will be his first in the role.

“I am thrilled to be adding Judah to this special role with our team,” said LeTourneau Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Dillon May. “Judah has a long history of being a good boy and brings joy with him to whoever he meets. He will be a great addition to our staff.”

Judah has been involved in collegiate track & field and cross country for most of his life, serving at various universities since 2021. He is excited to be starting in his CANINE (Coaching Assistant for Neuro-Emotional Improvement and Needed Empathy) role at LeTourneau and supporting the track & field and cross country teams.

Judah lives with his owners, Dillon and Hannah May, and fellow CANINE member, Leah May, in Longview, Texas. He also has a long history of working with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Hannah currently serves on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is a graduate assistant coach for the Track & Field and Cross Country teams.

Judah holds a certification as an emotional support animal.
