Clayton Gillen enters his first year as a graduate assistant for strength and conditioning in 2025-26.

Gillen graduated from LeTourneau in 2025 with a degree in sports communications. During his time as a student, he assisted in sports information and other areas in the department.

He competed on the LeTourneau track and field team as a thrower in 2024. 

Gillen is pursuing a master's in strategic leadership at LeTourneau.
