Colton Fears is in his first year as an assistant with the LeTourneau track and field programs in 2026-27. Fears coaches the pole vaulters.

Fears was a four-year member of the LeTourneau program from 2022-26. He earned All-ASC second team in the pole vault in 2024 and All-SCAC in pole vault in 2025. He earned USTFCCCA Indoor All-West Region in 2026 in vault.

Fears earned his bachelor's degree from LeTourneau in psychology and was an ASC Academic All-Conference selection.
