Cassi Rozanski was named head coach at LeTourneau on July 17, 2017.

In 2020-21, under Rozanski's direction, the YellowJackets went 12-6 overall for a .667 winning percentage -- the highest in the NCAA era at LeTourneau. The Jackets were 8-4 in the American Southwest Conference, advancing to the quarterfinals of the league postseason tournament for the second straight year. Rozanski was named Women's Hoop Dirt/Pivot Analysis Division III Coach of the Week after the YellowJackets went 3-0 to win the Dallas Christian College Christmas Classic in late December. She is the first coach in program history to earn the award. AJ Thomas was named ASC East co-Newcomer of the Year. Keauna Whitfield earned ASC All-Conference honors, and joined Thomas as First Team All-ASC East selections. Flora Akingbade and Whitfield were named to the ASC East All-Defensive Team.

In her third season at the helm, Rozanski earned ASC East Division co-Coach of the Year honors after guiding the YellowJackets to a 14-12 season, which culminated in the ASC quarterfinals. Her 2019-20 team's win total improved by eight from the previous season. LETU finished third in the ASC East Division with a 10-6 league mark. The YellowJackets earned eight all-conference honors.

In 2018-19, the YellowJackets went 6-19 overall, 3-13 in the ASC. LeTourneau was involved in six games decided by one possession. In her first season with the Jackets, Rozanski's team went 5-20, with a 2-16 league mark. The YellowJackets were involved in three games decided by three points or less.

Prior to arriving at LeTourneau, Rozanski’s resume was highlighted by seven years of collegiate women’s basketball coaching experience as well as one year on a collegiate men’s basketball coaching staff. During the 2014-15 season, Rozanski served as the men’s basketball Director of Operations at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley while her husband, Marc, served as an assistant coach on the same staff. They were the only husband-wife duo to work on the same men’s basketball NCAA Division I coaching staff in the country. She was one of only seven women to serve on a men’s Division I staff. As director of operations at UTRGV, Cassi was responsible for a wide range of responsibilities. She instituted an academic monitoring system to ensure degree plan progression, while helping the program to remain in compliance with all NCAA eligibility requirements. She also coordinated all team travel, meals, recruiting travel and logistics for on-campus visits and lodging.

Prior to UTRGV, Rozanski served as an assistant coach at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2007-14. She helped lead the Patriots to two regular season conference championships, a conference tournament championship and the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 for the first time in program history. While at UT Tyler, she recruited two All-American and numerous all-conference and all-academic athletes. She was also an integral part of creating the Senior Patriot Fan Club, which consisted of over 300 members from the community. Rozanski's first two years with the Patriots were spent under the guidance of head coach and current LeTourneau University Director of Athletics, Terri Deike. Rozanski and Deike led the Patriots to an ASC East regular season championship, and hosted the conference tournament in the 2007-08 season.

A native of Groesbeck, Texas, Rozanski was a four-year starter at the University of Texas at Dallas. While at UT Dallas, Rozanski broke five women’s basketball all-time career school records for blocks, rebounds, free throws, field goal percentage and field goals made. Additionally, she set a single-season school record for highest field goal percentage in her senior year.

Rozanski obtained her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2006 and a master of education in health and kinesiology from the University of Texas-Tyler in 2012. She resides in Longview with her husband, Marc and their son, Milan.Â
