ALPINE, Texas – LeTourneau volleyball took down Sul Ross State, 3-1 (26-28, 26-24, 25-19, 25-23), on the road Friday night in the YellowJackets' first game at the ASC Dig Pink Crossover Challenge I.

"Tonight was a great team win," LeTourneau volleyball head coach Scott Peluso said. "Our serve receive was the best it has been all season. Alli Bordelon and Kayla Bonina were passing nails and playing some great defense. Kayla Ronda had a great night as well. She played a complete game hitting, blocking, and in the back row. Three of the four sets were very close, so I was proud of our team for finishing out sets. All in all we played together, which is what you must do in this conference."
