Box Score The LeTourneau University volleyball team dropped a 25-19, 25-19, 25-21 decision to Concordia (Texas) in the final day of the ASC Inter-pod Tournament on Saturday at Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton.

The YellowJackets (7-24, 2-16 ASC) closed out conference play with sophomore Kayla Ronda pacing the attack with nine kills on 29 attempts. The Chandler, Arizona native also had two service aces and five digs in the defeat.

The Tornados (10-18, 6-11 ASC) had a balanced attack, much like LeTourneau, in the win. Emma Cliffored paced Concordia with eight kills and 11 digs.

The match was tightly contested throughout the three sets in the final ASC match of the season for LeTourneau. YellowJackets' sophomore libero Alli Bordelon had 13 digs and two service aces and the frontline tandem of freshman Elyse Wright and freshman Skylar Horan each had two block solos and two more block assists in the defeat.

The YellowJackets will close out the 2013 campaign with the 2013 YellowJacket Invite where they host on Friday, Nov. 1 - Centenary at 7 p.m., followed by Rust College and University of Dallas on Saturday, Nov. 2 at noon and 6 p.m., respectively.
