LeTourneau teammates Alec Colhoff (26 points, 10 rebounds) and Giovanny Thompson (16 points, 14 rebounds) had double double performances in a 95-92 overtime loss to Schreiner in the final game of the TLU Thanksgiving Classic in Seguin.
 
Schreiner University (2-4) had three players with 20 or more points including Christian Pena, who had a double double with 27 points and 13 rebounds; plus Wes Miller and Blake Kelley added 22 and 20, respectively.

LeTourneau (1-4) dropped its second overtime contest of the young season with the four losses coming by a combined 19 points.

Neither team could sustain momentum with each team having a double-digit lead, plus the YellowJackets led for 15:00 compared to 24:37 for the Mountaineers.
 
With the game on the line, the YellowJackets' Jeff Martin had a block of a shot to send the game to overtime with the contest tied at 86. Eight seconds earlier, Martin hit a 3 pointer to tie the game.
 
The Mountaineers scored the first points of overtime before the tandem of Colhoff and Martin scored on back-to-back possessions tied the game to tie the game at 90. Schreiner regained the lead when Kelley made a layup that would put the Mountaineers ahead for the rest of the game.
 
The YellowJackets will now turn its attention to the rigorous Lone Star Conference play with a contest against Sul Ross State on Thursday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m.
