The LeTourneau University men's soccer team dropped a 2-1 decision to Jarvis Christian College to end the 2015 season on Tuesday night in Longview.

LeTourneau (5-11-2) quickly got on the scoreboard in the 16^th minute when junior Antonio Fernandez emerged from a scramble in front of the box, beating the JCC goalkeeper to the lower left for a 1-0 lead.
 
Jarvis Christian (2-12) tied the contest, nearly six minutes later, when Oscar Cabello fired a shot from the top of the box to even the match at 1.

The LETU attack, who outshot the Bulldogs by a 12-6 margin in the loss, organized a flurry of shots later in the half with an attempt by sophomore Aaron Hastings that was knocked away by a Jarvis Christian defender in the 27^th minute.
 
With the game tied at 1, temperatures dropped and a drizzle fell over the field with each team looking for the game-winning opportunity. After four shots by the YellowJackets sailed wide, the Bulldogs had an opportunity in the 83^rd minute sail high. Then, in the 88^th minute, with a packed box in front of the goal, Brandon Reyes of Jarvis Christian placed a shot to the lower left just past the LETU goalkeeper for the final margin.
 
The contest ends the season for both programs.
