YellowJackets fell 3-0 to Austin College on Friday afternoon and would also drop 3-0 to the host Ladies at the annual Centenary Halloween Tournament.

The Roos would use big runs in three sets (25-14, 25-13, 25-14) to take the victory over LeTourneau as they improved to 21-13 on the season. Senior
Dolores Henson led the YellowJackets as she put down six kills and added 15 digs and a block.

In the second match, LETU would square off with host Centenary for the third time this season. All three matches have been close between the Ladies and YellowJackets with LeTourneau winning the previous two bouts.

The YellowJackets would jump out to an early lead as Centenary would call a timeout as they fell behind 7-2. The Ladies would score seven unanswered points to take a 13-14 lead in the opening set. The game would go back and forth and a kill from
Elyse Wright would tie the set at 23-23 before Centenary would score the final two points taking the set.

Senior
Skylar Horan put down three kills in the second set as the YellowJackets again stormed out to an early 7-4 lead. The Ladies took advantage of four attack errors to take a 9-8 lead.
Morgan Weaver had two kills during a four point LeTourneau run to retake the lead 14-11. Centenary responded once again to take the set 25-22 in set two.

The host team would keep the momentum in the third set as they took an early 5-2 advantage. The YellowJackets would storm back to take a 14-13 lead with kills from
Nicole Mosley and
Morgan Weaver. The Ladies made a late set run to take a 21-19 lead and would go on to win the set 25-21 and win the match in three straight sets.

LeTourneau will finish their season with two final matches on Saturday against Millsaps College at 4 PM and Mills College (Calif.) at 8 PM.
