LeTourneau University women's soccer lost on an extra time goal to the Austin College Roos on Tuesday night in Longview, Texas.
The YellowJackets (3-2, 0-0 ASC) went scoreless into the half with the visiting Roos. Goalkeepers
Brittany Hollis (4 saves) and sophomore
Bridey Davis (5 saves) split time in the goal with Davis coming in at half and playing in the overtime periods.

Kennedy Keer led the YellowJacket attack putting up two and three shots on goal, respectively.

Despite both teams putting up multiple shots on goal in the second half the score remained tied and LETU went to overtime for the second straight game.

The tempo went way up in the first overtime period with Austin College putting two shots on goal and the YellowJackets applied their own pressure with three shots on goal. But, after the first ten minutes there was still no score.

Just a few minutes into the second overtime period the Roos' Sarah Battle was able to chip one over the head of the LeTourneau keeper and give Austin College the 1-0 victory.
The YellowJackets will have a quick turnaround as they kick off conference play on Thursday with a trip out to Alpine, Texas for a matchup against the Lobos of Sul Ross State University.
