MARSHALL, Texas -- The LeTourneau women's tennis falters against conference rival East Texas Baptist. LeTourneau fell by a score of 6-1 on Friday evening.
The loss drops the YellowJackets to 6-11 on the campaign and 0-3 in conference play. While the Tigers advance to 6-6 on the season and 2-2 in conference play.
Kylie Weeks notched the lone point for LeTourneau winning her No. 5 singles match. Weeks was victorious over Isabelle Duarte with set scores of 6-1, 5-7, 10-5.

Chloe Tesser put together a valiant effort in their No. 3 doubles match as they narrowly lost 7-5 to Kristyn Dunn and Isabelle Macquet.
Despite the fact that the YellowJackets lost the doubles point they did win the No. 1 doubles flight.

Elizabeth Moreau won their match against Bailey Smith and Monique Ybarra via a tiebreak. In the tiebreak they won with a score of 7-4.
UP NEXT
LeTourneau will travel to Arlington to take on conference foe Howard Payne in a rescheduled match Monday evening.
