AZUSA, Calif. --
Victoria Wilson set three program records as she and
Calvin Mason competed for LeTourneau track and field at the Azusa Pacific Franson Last Chance Meet over the weekend in California.
Wilson competed in the heptathlon and broke her own program record for total points, while Mason competed in the shot put as both athletes looked to improve their career and season marks.
Wilson had a standout meet as she placed 12th with a program-record 4,338 points in the event. The junior broke her own overall record in the heptathlon by over 200 points. The point total is seventh in the West region and 33rd nationally.
She set a program record in the 100-meter hurdles with her time of 15.40 as she placed 15th in that event. The mark topped her own program record set earlier this season.
