Consecutive 3-pointers from Sallie Moser and Mariana Espinosa evened the score with 1:43 remaining. On LeTourneau's next possession, Robbi Martinez drained a 3-pointer to put the YellowJackets ahead 59-58 with 57 seconds left.

Hendrix tied the game at the free throw line before Kylie Weeks made two free throws with 30 seconds remaining to give LeTourneau a 61-59 lead. After Hendrix tied the game, LeTourneau had a chance to win in its final possession, but Moser's long 3-point attempt missed.

In overtime, Moser gave LeTourneau a 65-63 lead with her layup with 3:06 left. Hendrix scored the next six points and the YellowJackets would not lead again. Free throws down the stretch for the home Warriors sealed the game.
