LONGVIEW, Texas -- The LeTourneau women's tennis team fell to visiting Concordia Texas, 7-0, on Saturday at the Davis Tennis Complex.
LeTourneau (7-4, 4-2 SCAC) dropped all three doubles matches as Concordia (7-5, 5-1 SCAC) opened up a 1-0 match lead. The top LeTourneau duo of
Chloe Tesser and
Kylie Weeks battled with Concordia's Johanna Winkler and Aria Moreni before falling by a 6-4 final.
In singles play, Concordia took all six flights.
Weeks was downed by Winkler at the No. 1 spot, 6-3, 6-2. Tesser narrowly fell to Emily Pulled at the No. 3 flight, 7-5, 6-4.
Lindley Vickers also had a tight match at No. 6 before falling to Alyssa Estrella, 6-4, 6-2.
