JACKSON, Miss. -- LeTourneau women's soccer turned in a monumental performance on Saturday night, defeating the Millsaps Majors 8-0 at Harper Davis Field.

LeTourneau (3-1) scored eight goals for just the fifth time in program history, and marks the most goals scored in a match in 20 years (2006, 9 vs. UMHB).

On top of that, Chanel Kemball-Cook tallied her second career hat trick, bringing her career goal total to 31, now fifth-most in program history.

Kennedy Gortney etched her first career goal, while Reagan Parks earned a brace in the victory. Sierra Kemball-Cook and Lana Whiteman round out LeTourneau's goalscorers.

Whiteman got the party started in just the 3rd minute, pitching an uncontested 20-yard shot to the top left corner to put the YellowJackets up 1-0. The opener was Whiteman's first goal of the campaign and fourth career score.

Not even two minutes later, Saige West found Chanel Kemball-Cook on the left wing, who rocketed the ball to the top corner to push the lead to 2-0 not even five minutes into the match.

Sarah Wyatt threaded the defense in the 12th minute, allowing for Gortney's first career score. With a defender draped on her back, Gortney used her right foot to move the lead to 3-0.

Chanel Kemball-Cook scored twice in the following four minutes. The first goal came via Natalie Alvarado, whose perfect cross allowed for a 1-on-1 opportunity at the net. The hat-trick-clinching goal came from a beautiful through ball from Gortney, setting up another undeniable opportunity for Kemball-Cook, making the lead 5-0 in the 16th minute. 

After a quiet remainder of the first half -- which included a late lightning delay -- it wasn't until the 58th minute that a sisterly connection pushed the LeTourneau lead to 6-0.

Sierra Kemball-Cook scored her second goal of the season when her sister, Chanel, placed a pass directly between the center backs that needed just one touch before being sent into the bottom left corner of the frame.

Parks rounded out the scoring on the evening, punching in her first goal of the season on a penalty kick in the 69th minute, followed by being found by Angel Reyes in the 89th minute to complete the blowout. 

Olivia Flores earned a clean sheet in her first career start between the pipes, securing the Majors' (1-2) lone shot on frame from Haile Moorer.

West, Gortney, Alvarado, Reyes, and Chanel Kemball-Cook collected their first assists of the campaign, Sierra Kemball-Cook her second, and Wyatt tallied her league-leading fourth dime.
