Colt Reichl

Colt Reichl is in his second season as the assistant men’s soccer coach at LeTourneau University.

Reichl worked with LETU goalkeeper Miguel Cabrera, who earned his second all-American Southwest Conference honor. Cabrera was selected honorable mention after recording a 101 saves which ranked second in the conference.  

In addition to his duties with the YellowJackets, Reichl serves as the Goalkeepers Coach for the Shreveport Rafters FC, which is a National Premier Soccer League team.

Reichl came to LeTourneau after spending 2014 as the head goalkeeper coach and head freshman/sophomore coach at Moorpark High School in Moorpark, California after a standout career at San Francisco State University. As a two-year letterwinner for the Gators, they ended the 2015 season with the best record in 17 years and their most wins in a season since 2005. During his senior season, he posted a 0.90 goals-against average with 12 saves and a shutout. In his junior campaign, he made 16 starts, made 82 saves and recorded three shutouts.
 
He started his college career at UC Riverside after graduating from Royal High School in Simi Valley, California. He was a first team all-league selection as a senior and three-time Academic-Athletic Award recipient, in addition to playing for the Chivas USA Academy in 2010. Reichl also played volleyball for three years.
 
Reichl graduated from San Francisco State with his bachelor’s degree in broadcast and electronic communication arts and at LeTourneau, he is working on his master’s degree in business administration. 

Reichl also has his United States Soccer Federation D License as well as his Advanced National Diploma with the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
