LETU Men Fall to Patriots in Conference Matchup

LeTourneau men's soccer's slow start in the first half put them behind early as the YellowJackets dropped the ASC East matchup 6-0 to UT Tyler.

UT Tyler earned a free kick in the 11th minute and were able to score giving the Patriots a one goal lead and the first of three goals from Leandro Fernandez.
LETU trailed 5-0 at the half but came out determined in the second half playing through the 88th minute before conceding the final goal as the Patriots took advantage of a missed clearance.

The YellowJackets drop to 4-4-2 overall, 1-2 in the ASC. The men will be back in action on Friday night in Jackson, Mississippi as they take on the Blazers of Belhaven University.
