LETU Athletics CoVID Spectator Policies

LeTourneau University Athletic Department Spectator Policies During CoVID
Men's and Women's Basketball and Volleyball

Volleyball and basketball games are limited to 100 spectators in Solheim Arena
Indoor sports of volleyball and basketball will utilize a pass list to track the number of guests for home and visiting teams
Face covering is required at all times in the building
Temperature and symptom checks will be conducted at the front desk when you enter Solheim Center. Those with a temperature of 100 or over will not be admitted to the game and must exit the Center.
50 tickets will be offered to family members of LETU men's basketball, women's basketball, and volleyball teams when that team is playing. Student-athletes may list 4 people on the pass list, and the list must be complete 24 hours prior to tipoff.
25 tickets will be offered to family members of the visiting team. Guests must correspond with their child and have their name on the pass list sent by the visiting institution. The pass list must be received 24 hours before game time.
The remaining 25 tickets are offered to LETU students/faculty/staff. Contact the following people if you are interested in attending a game:

Spectators must sign the pass list and be seated on the bleacher side of the arena.
Those who live together (family) may sit together but must maintain 6-feet distance from those outside the home.
Do not sit in seats that are taped off.
Spectators are not allowed in the locker room/athletic training hallway.
When the game is over, all attendees will exit the arena and building and may wait in the parking lot to speak to teams.
We ask that parents of the women's basketball team exit the building when their game is over, so the men's families my occupy the allotted seats.

BASEBALL, CROSS COUNTRY, SOCCER, SOFTBALL, TENNIS, TRACK & FIELD

Outdoor athletic venues are limited to 100 spectators.

A pass list will be used to track number of guests for home and visiting teams.
50 tickets will be offered to family members of the LETU team that is playing. Guests must be listed on the pass that is due 24 hours before the game begins. If you are interested in attending a game, please contact the point person listed below:

Spectators are encouraged to wear masks and stay 6 feet from those they do not live with
