ESTACADA, Ore. -- The LeTourneau cross country teams wrapped up the 2024 season at the NCAA West Region meets, hosted by Lewis & Clark at Milo McIver State Park in Estacada on Saturday.
The LeTourneau men finished 15th, out of 24 teams, and had two runners finish in the top-100. The women had two runners, Hope Greenwald and Felice Mullinax, to represent the YellowJackets.
The men placed 15th and posted the third-best 8k average time for the team since 2010 at 26:33.Â
Walker Reeves led the way once again for the YellowJackets. He posted a 54th-place finish with an 8k time of 25:42.8 to cap off an outstanding season. The finish was a career-best for Reeves at the NCAA regional meet. Reeves was the ASC individual champion and led the YellowJackets to a conference team title.
David Dugan came in 79th overall with a time of 26:08.1, his top time at an NCAA region meet and his best time of the season.
Elijah Oudyn finished 101st with his mark of 26:36.4.Â
Grayson Gaddis was 109th at 26:45.8 while
Ike Lehman was 132nd at 27:34.1, his best time of the year
Aidan Hynes (27:46.1) and
Hudson McGuire (28:05.3) rounded out the seven runners for the YellowJackets. McGuire posted his top time of the season in the meet.
In the women's race, Greenwald and Mullinax finished neck-and-neck.Â
Greenwald was 142nd overall with her time of 25:09.3, a season-best mark for the junior. Mullinax finished in 144th with her mark of 25:12.1.
Greenwald and Mullinax both earned All-ASC honors this season at the conference meet on Nov. 2.
