DALLAS -- For a second time this season, LeTourneau men's cross country senior
Walker Reeves was named the ASC Runner of the Week, announced the league on Tuesday.
Reeves has won the award in as many weeks as the YellowJackets have competed. He also garnered the honor on Sept. 3.
A senior from Cushing, Texas, Reeves asserted himself at the Division I-heavy Rice Invitational on Friday in Houston. Reeves finished 23rd, out of 86, and completed the 5200-meter course in 16:49.6 to lead the YellowJackets to seventh overall.
Reeves has paced the YellowJackets in each of the season's first two races. The weekly award is the fifth of his career, all coming since the start of the 2023 season.
LeTourneau will compete at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater, Okla., on Sept. 28.
