Box Score Limited to eight players, the LeTourneau University women's soccer team dropped a 13-0 decision to host Mississippi College on Saturday afternoon in Clinton, Miss.
The YellowJackets (1-11, 0-3 ASC) were utilizing a position player –
Ashley Gleghorn – as the goalkeeper. The selfless dedication by Gleghorn was not indicative of the scoreboard. The freshman, who usually plays midfield, made 11 saves between the posts.
LETU head coach Jamie Lindvall recognized the performance of his hardworking team. "It was a bit of a rough day, but we showed that we continue to be able to adjust and adapt. I'm proud of our girls for their commitment and drive."

The Choctaws (7-4, 2-1 ASC) scored five times in the first half and eight more in the second. Macey Lee and Becca Dupuy each scored three times and Melanie Benner added two more.
The YellowJackets will host at the Joyce Family Athletic Village its next four games including a contest against Texas-Dallas on Friday, Oct. 11 at 4 p.m.
