Box Score The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor softball team scored the last 10 runs of the game to defeat LeTourneau, 10-2 in the series finale on Saturday in Belton.

The YellowJackets (8-4, 5-4 ASC) had six runs in the loss including two from senior Chloe Cooper.

LeTourneau took a 2-0 lead in the top of the second inning for an early lead. With one out and the bases loaded, Ashley Hickerson drove in her first run of the contest to give the visitors an early lead. They added their second run on a UMHB error to stretch the lead to 2-0.

The Lady Cru (7-5, 6-3 ASC) scored once in the bottom of the second and two more in the third to take a 3-2 lead.
UMHB added to its lead with a two-run fourth and scored five in the fifth. Kelsey Vann and Leah Brown each had three hits and Rebekah Ragsdale picked up the win with four strikeouts.

LeTourneau returns to action, Mar. 7-8, when they host Louisiana College at the LeTourneau Softball Complex. The series gets underway with a doubleheader on Friday at 4 p.m.
