LeTourneau University was well represented with nine selections to highlight the 2014 American Southwest Conference baseball teams, the conference office announced after a vote of the league's head coaches.

The YellowJackets (
Robin Harriss – head coach;
Aaron Gentry and Chad Kinney – assistant coaches) were selected as the Coaching Staff of the Year.

The YellowJackets were picked to finish ninth in the conference went on to win the American Southwest Conference Tournament and a berth in the NCAA Regional Baseball Tournament for the first time in program history.

First baseman graduate student
Garrett Methvin was selected as first team all-ASC after hitting .375 with 51 hits including 11 doubles and four home runs to go along with 21 runs, a .544 slugging percentage and a .459 on-base percentage.

Senior outfielder
Chris Bertram and junior starting pitcher
Cody Whitley were named second team all-ASC. Bertram hit .323 with 53 hits including 12 doubles to go along with 27 runs, a .409 slugging percentage and a .387 on-base percentage. Whitley posted a 6-3 mark with a 1.85 ERA, three complete games and held opponents to a .211 batting average.

Junior third baseman
Ryan Bertram and senior reliever
Jordan Price were picked third team all-ASC. Bertram hit .299 with 56 hits including 12 doubles to go along with 33 RBI, .380 slugging percentage and a .371 on-base percentage. Price had three saves and a 5-3 overall mark in 17 appearances in 34.2 innings of work.
