NORMAN, Okla. -- Four LeTourneau men's golfers earned GCAA/Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors, announced the organization recently.
Easton Lampi,
Logan Moore,
Kaiden Schneider, and
Noah Summers all earned All-America Scholar awards. The four honorees are the second most in program history.
Lampi, Moore, and Schneider all earned honors for a second straight year. Three of the honorees this season (Schneider, Moore, Summers) also collected All-ASC honors as LeTourneau made a third straight appearance at the NCAA Division III Championships.
LeTourneau has nine honorees to the GCAA/Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar program in the last two seasons.
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their Associate's Degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 79.0 in NCAA Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
