Kylie Weeks,
Mariana Espinosa,
Makenzie Covey, and
Sallie Moser were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® team, announced the organization on Tuesday.
CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The four Academic All-District honorees matches the most LeTourneau has had in one season, tying last season's mark.
Weeks, a senior from Houston, Texas, was an All-SCAC third team member in 2025-2026. Weeks led the YellowJackets in scoring with a career-high 11.5 points per game, to accompany averages of 2.4 assists and 3.5 rebounds. The senior's mark of 88 percent at the charity stripe was a program record and ranked second in the conference. Weeks produced 15 double-digit scoring performances this season, and hit a season-high of 20 points in a win over Centenary (Jan. 2).
Majoring in business marketing, Weeks is a three-time ASC Academic All-Conference honoree, and collects her second straight CSC Academic All-District honors. A two-sport athlete in tennis, Weeks also collected academic accolades as an ITA Scholar-Athlete in 2023.
Espinosa, a junior from Olmito, Texas, also garners her second consecutive CSC Academic All-District honors. Espinosa averaged 11.3 points per game, a career-high 5.6 rebounds per game, and 3.1 assists per game this campaign. Espinosa had a team-high 18 double-digit scoring outbursts, collecting a season-best 18 in the season opener at Howard Payne (Nov. 11). The junior recorded three double-doubles on the year, with a career-high 16 rebounds in a win over Centenary on Jan. 2.
Majoring in kinesiology, Espinosa is also a two-time ASC Academic All-Conference honoree.
Covey, a junior from Axtell, Texas, is named to her first CSC Academic All-Distric team. The junior played in 24 games, making 22 starts, averaging a career-high 6.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game. Covey scored a career-high 24 points with nine rebounds and three assists at Belhaven (Nov. 22), and had six double-digit point games.
Majoring in kinesiology, Covey is a two-time ASC Academic All-Conference honoree.
Moser, a sophomore from Lone Oak, Texas, played in 24 games this season, starting 18. Moser averaged a career-high 6.3 points with 1.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game, and led the team shooting 33.8 percent from 3-point land.
Majoring in pre-nursing, the sophomore was a ASC ASC Academic All-Conference selection a year ago, and garners her first All-District nod.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-America® program students must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA, be a significant contributor to the team (having started in 66 percent of the team's games or played in over 90 percent of those games), and be at least a sophomore academically.
