Hayley Hunter to win at No. 1 doubles as the LeTourneau University women's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to Mary Hardin-Baylor on Thursday afternoon at the Davis Tennis Courts.
Morisseau snapped a three-game losing streak with a 7-5, 6-2 win at No. 2 singles over Angelie Juanza. Earlier in the match, she and Hunter defeated Haley Hicks and Juaneza by the score of 8-5. The other win for LeTourneau came from freshman
Kristen Ladner, who outlasted in a three-set match against Paola Nunez at No. 5 singles. Ladner won by a score of 7-5, 5-7, 1-0 (10-5).
The YellowJackets will return to the Davis Tennis Courts on Saturday, Mar. 21 at 9 a.m. to host Hardin-Simmons University.
