The LeTourneau University women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Texas Lutheran University on Monday in Seguin.

The YellowJackets started the match with a win at No. 2 doubles by Hayley Hunter and Amy Miley, who were victorious by an 8-4 score of Caitlin Zarr and Megan Ingram. It was the second-straight doubles win for Miley. The Bulldogs won the other two doubles matches for an early 2-1 lead.
 
In singles play, Miley picked up where she left off earlier in the day with a convincing 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles. The win by Miley proved to be the only other victory for the YellowJackets on the day against the regionally-ranked foe.

The YellowJackets will next host East Texas Baptist University on Thursday at 3 p.m.
