The LeTourneau University men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to host University of the Ozarks on Friday afternoon in Clarksville, Arkansas.
The YellowJackets' doubles tandem of Robbie Bundy and Sindre Johnsgaard won 8-5 at No. 3 doubles over Corey Dillard and Jacob Organ.
The other two wins for LeTourneau came at No. 5 singles by Tyler Grove and No. 6 singles by Bundy. Both victories came in third-set tiebreakers. Grove bounced back to win in three sets, 3-6, 6-3, 10-4 and Bundy outlasted Spencer Turner, 6-4, 3-6 and 10-6.
The win by Grove is his sixth on the season which ranks second on the team. For Bundy, he improves to .500 on the season with a 3-3 mark.
Next, the YellowJackets travel to Pineville, Louisiana to face Louisiana College on Saturday, Apr. 18 at 1 p.m.
