The LeTourneau University women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches, losing to Southwestern University (9-0) and Austin College (9-0).
 
Overnight rain delayed the start of the day for the YellowJackets but when the weather cleared it was a pair of tough matches. Both Southwestern and Austin College provided a strong challenge to the young LeTourneau roster.
 
In both matches, the opponents won all six singles matches and all three doubles contests.
 
The YellowJackets are back in action, next weekend, when they host Jacksonville College on Friday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. and will travel to Shreveport on Saturday, Feb. 27 at noon to face Centenary.
