The LeTourneau University women's tennis team wrapped up the home portion of its schedule with a 9-0 win over Louisiana College on Friday at the Davis Tennis Courts in Longview.
The YellowJackets (5-11, 1-5 ASC) did not surrender a point to begin the day with three-consecutive 8-0 wins in doubles for an early 3-0 lead.

LeTourneau continued to dominate the match in singles as the YellowJackets dropped just two games to the Wildcats. All four freshman –
Terin Murray (No. 2),
Lauren Rockwell (No. 3),
Morgan Weaver (No. 4) and
Schuyler Wages (No. 5) all won by a 6-0, 6-0 margin. Plus, sophomore
Shelby Skomer defeated Joanna Fisher by an 8-0 margin at No. 6 singles. Sophomore teammate
Rachel Morisseau was victorious 6-2, 6-0 over Angel Girard to wrap up the win.

The YellowJackets will next travel to East Texas Baptist University on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in Marshall to make up a rescheduled match from earlier this season.
